DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

• Writing user manuals for Digital/AI solutions

• Writing web documentation

• Prepare and give training courses on Digital/AI solutions

• Contribute to Digital/AI solutions workshops

• Contribute to define use cases in integrating AI solutions

• Support the adoption of AI LLMs in work practices and business processes

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

• Good knowledge (1 years or more) of workshops and training on the use of AI (e.g. prompting) in a corporate environment comparable to a Directorate-General of the European Commission

• Good knowledge (1 year or more) of projects related to the adoption of AI in a corporate environment.

• Knowledge of AI prompt engineering

• Experience in organising user training and workshops

• Experience in generic IT support to end users in Office Automation (1 year or more),
